1.Litoсhοro
Litoсhοro is а small town аt the foоt οf Mоunt Οlympus, 6 кm frοm the sеaside кnοwn as thе Olуmpic Rivierа. It is the stаrting pοint for сοnquering thе highest peаκ of Мοunt Olуmpus - Μitikаs and therе are tоurists almost аll yeаr rοund. Litoсhοro is situаted on а slοpe оf the mountаin, with preservеd οld housеs and narrоw cobblеstοne strеets. Thеre arе hοtels, rеstaurants аnd cafеs. Thе closеst beaсhes arе: Plаκa Litоchorоu - with camping sitе and sevеral beаch bars, Grеmia - wild pebblеd beaсh and Gritsa - lоng beaсh.
2.Enipea Gorge
Starting from Litochoro, in the place "Myloi", at an altitude of 400 meters, where Enipeas supplies water to the area with its crystal-clear waters and reaching the sources of the mythical river, at an altitude of over 1000 meters (place "Prionia"), the Hiking in the gorge of Enipeas is a unique experience.
3.Orlia stream
The Orlia stream is one of the main streams of Olympus that has water throughout the year. It is a truly enchanting spot for hiking and swimming, especially during the summer months. The stream on its way creates several small waterfalls and natural lakes with crystal clear waters where one can swim. The water is very cold even in the summer.
4.Path of love / Ano Milia
Ano Milia is 25 km. from Katerini at an altitude of 1,000 m.
The path is easy, without ups and downs, 700 meters through the cool forest and the thick shade cast by the trees (and 700 on the way back, total route 1.400 m.). It is an Ideal day trip for children in an enchanting scenery.
5.Agia Kori
The stream of Agia Kori is a small paradise at the foot of Mount Olympus. Before the path that will lead you to the waterfalls there is a parking lot to leave your car. Immediately after that a marked and slightly difficult path will lead you to the waterfalls. From there you can continue on the path to reach the chapel of Agia Kori. Alternatively, you can return to the parking lot and from there a separate path with 180 steps begins that leads you to Agia Kori.
